Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 Days or MORE in advance will receive 100% refund of deposit or may reschedule based upon availability ! (Ex. Your appointment is set for January 20th you MUST cancel ON or BEFORE January 13th. In order to receive deposit refund!) Cancellations made within 7 Days or less of appointment will NOT receive a refund for deposit! (Ex. Your appointment is set for January 20th and you want to cancel January 14-20. You will NOT receive a refund for any portion of your deposit!) *Terms are Subject to Change!! If appointment is cancelled by QueenB further details will be discussed.*
