Scheduling Policy

  • I am available Tuesday-Friday (9am-7pm) & Saturdays (9am-5pm) *Availability Subject to Change*

  • Appointments are able to be made 2-30 Days in advance. Same day or Day before bookings are NOT accepted! Please be sure when booking to be as detailed as possible with the vision you have. Also be sure to leave a VALID phone number & email address when booking.
     

Deposits Policy​​

  • All appointments require a Non refundable deposit at the time of booking! Deposit will go towards cost of service. Remaining balance must be paid at the time of your appointment.

Late Arrival Policy

  • I recommend you arriving 15-30 minutes early to accommodate for Downtown Parking. However, I will allow a 10-minute grace period from the start of your appointment. PLEASE be sure to schedule accordingly! If you arrive past the allotted grace period your appointment may be cancelled!

  • DO NOT BACK IN AT METER YOU WILL RECEIVE A TICKET !

Cancellation Policy​

  • Cancellations made 7 Days or MORE in advance will receive 100% refund of deposit or you may reschedule based upon availability! (Ex. Your appointment is set for January 20th you MUST cancel ON or BEFORE January 13th. In order to receive deposit refund!)

  • Cancellations made within 7 Days or less of appointment will NOT receive a refund for deposit and will need to start the booking process over! (Ex. Your appointment is set for January 20th and you want to cancel January 14-20. You will NOT receive a refund for any portion of your deposit!)
